Information sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police

At 8:55am on Monday 21 June, 2 men attended a property in Westfield Road, Winnersh, stating that they were from the housing association and were there to look at the electrics. They were let into the property, where they looked at the fuse box, damaging it. They have then gone upstairs and pretended to check the lights in all of the rooms. They then left the property, not stealing anything.

Description of the offenders: Male 1, a white male, in his 40s, 5ft 11in tall, dark brown short hair with natural grey bits, facial stubble, wearing blue jeans and a dark blue zip up hoodie, a local accent and no tattoos or piercings were seen. He was carrying a little grey toolbox with a dark navy lid.

Male 2, a white male, 18-20 years old, very slim, 5ft 9-10in tall, with dark brown hair, wearing a grey hoodie with no zip with the hood up and facial hair in a thin line beard around his chin.

We are appealing for any witnesses or anyone who may have CCTV, doorbell or dash-cam footage that may help with this investigation.
