Appeal for witnesses following assault in Wantage

Between 3.30pm and 4.30pm on Tuesday 15 June a fight broke out between a group of young people in Betjeman Millenium Park. The victim, a 14-year-old boy, was kicked multiple times and had a drink poured over him before a member of the public disrupted the incident. 

One of the offenders is described as a white teenage girl, with long hazel coloured hair and had a nose ring piercing. She was wearing a school blazer.

The victim did not sustain any injuries.

We are appealing to anyone who may have seen this incident, or who may have information about what happened, to please come forward.
