Appeal for information following suspected arson in High Wycombe

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a suspected arson incident in High Wycombe.

At around 10pm on Tuesday (2/8), a fire was reported in Straight Bit, Flackwell Heath. The fire was extinguished by Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service, and nobody was injured.

Investigating officer PC Danny O’Driscoll, based at Marlow Police Station, said: “We would like to appeal to anybody who may have witnessed how this fire started or have CCTV or door cam footage in the area, to please get in touch.

“You can get in touch by either making a report online or by calling 101 quoting reference number 43220343626.

“Alternatively, for 100% anonymity, you can also call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
