Crime Prevention Training - Cyber Security and Fraud

We have arranged some interactive training sessions which explain and discuss how to stop the scammers and so avoid becoming a victim of fraud. These sessions are open to everyone, please circulate to your friends and contacts.


Cyber Security

Learn how to protect your smartphone, laptop and other devices from online fraud.
The presenter is Mark Godsland, Cyber Security advisor with Thames Valley Police.
Mark has many years of experience and regularly advises both business and the public.
The talk includes 6 steps that we can all take to improve our online security.

Fraud Prevention

Learn how to recognise scams and prevent them from happening.
Malcolm Phillips from Trading Standards has expert knowledge on the subject. The talk covers the methods scammers use and ways to protect ourselves and vulnerable people.
