Witness appeal following a suspicious incident in Henwick Lane Thatcham between the A4 Bath Road and Roman Way

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a suspicious incident in Henwick Lane Thatcham (between the A4 Bath Road and Roman Way)

On Friday 30th July at 8.45pm, the victim, a 16 year old man, was approached by a man on foot who tried to engage with them in conversation and tried on several occasions to hold the victims hand. The man is described as white, with a pale complexion, aged between 20 – 30 years old, around 5 feet 6 inches tall, skinny build and brown hair with a goatee beard. He was wearing a waist length yellow jacket, blue jeans and a silver and khaki baseball cap.

If you have any knowledge of this incident or have CCTV or dash cam footage that may cover the area at this time, please contact us to assist with this investigation.
