Appeal for witnesses following indecent exposure incident in Oxford

At around 6.30am on Saturday (17/7) two women were standing near to the bus stop close to the entrance of Bury Knowle Park, Headington Road when they noticed a man inappropriately touching himself nearby.

When the man was confronted by one of the women, he disappeared in the direction of Bury Knowle Park.

The offender is described as a black man, aged in his early twenties, approximately 5ft 7ins tall and slim. He was wearing a grey cap and was casually dressed with a blue jacket and black jeans.

We are appealing to anybody who was in the area around the time of the incident and may have witnessed this incident to please make a report online or contact us by calling 101, quoting reference number 43210316927.
