Appeal for witnesses following an assault in Beaconsfield

Between 10pm and 11pm on Friday 14 May, a man and a woman were in a restaurant in Warwick Road, Beaconsfield when an argument started.

During the argument, the man pushed the woman twice causing her to fall over. Members of staff intervened and the woman left the restaurant.

Later in the evening, a second woman spoke to the same man outside the restaurant and during an argument he pushed over, causing her to hit her head.

Both victims sustained minor injuries and were treated at Wexham Park Hospital. They have since been discharged.

Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this assault to come forward as any information you have could assist with this investigation.

A 33-year-old man from Beaconsfield has been arrested on suspicion of assault. He has been released on bail.
