Alert message sent 12/05/2021 17:24:00

Information sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police

Between 3pm and 5.45pm on Monday (10/5) a window of a home in Watson Crescent was forced open and jewellery and cash were stolen from inside.

We are appealing for any witnesses or anyone who may have CCTV, doorbell or dash-cam footage that may help with this investigation.

We have received reports of a vehicle driving around in the area at the time of the offence and two men knocking on doors. One man was in his twenties and one was in his fifties and wearing a lanyard. We are interested to hear any further information on this activity in case it may be related to this burglary.

If you have any information, please get in touch using our online form or call 101 with reference number 43210200591.

For advice on how to protect your home from thieves, take a look at our online Home Security Guide.
