Suspicious circumstances

Dear resident,

I would like to make you aware of a suspicious male that has been loitering around the Tattenhoe & Emerson Valley area. The male has been reported to walk through Tattenhoe Valley Park regularly, and is making individuals feel uncomfortable.

The male is yet to be identified, but police are making enquiries within the area.
