Afternoon Resident, At around 8.30am yesterday (2/7), Chipping Norton neighbourhood policing team identified a stolen vehicle with two males inside on Evans Way, Chipping Norton.
One of the men proceeded to flee the scene, and the neighbourhood team were assisted by other officers to detain him.
One male was arrested on recall to prison, and the other male was arrested for theft of motor vehicle.
