Residential burglary Chadlington

Incident Date: Thursday 11th June
Time: Approximately 12:00 midday
Location: Brook End, Chadlington

At approximately 12:00 midday, a burglary occurred at a residential property on Brook End in Chadlington. Unknown offenders gained entry into the victim's home via the back door by smashing a pane of glass and reaching in and turning the key to open the door. The thieves then stolen jewellery.

Police are requesting residents to check their CCTV for that time frame for anyone looking suspicious or suspicious vehicles. If anyone has any further information, please contact police on 101 and quote reference number 43260292362

·  Consider installing a letterbox cage or restrictor to prevent fishing for keys.

·  Use timer switches on lights to make your home look occupied.
