A busy set of shifts last week for PCSO Ali Blood.... Held a joint Fraud Awareness Event in Bury St with Age UK.Attended a report of a suspected shoplifter at the CO-OP, West St Helen Street, assisted in area searching for him and then with follow up enquiries. The man was found, arrested and was subsequently charged with 'Common Assault and Criminal Damage'.Area searched for a man who was wanted on 'Recall back to Prison'. He was found and arrested.Stopped checked a group of young people after a report of suspicious behaviour in the Abbey Meadows.Patrolled Fairacres Retail Park with PCSO Jen Holt so she could introduce herself, this will be part of her area to look after.Attended Poundland after they reported 4 young males being anti-social. Males found, spoken to, and dispersed from the area.Foot patrol in the town centre.Report of children swimming in the river, attended to check on their welfare & pass them advice on the dangers.Attended a report of an RTC, assisted with traffic control, and the welfare of the people involved. One man was arrested for 'Drink Driving'.Assisted with searching for a high risk missing person, who was located safely. 😊 |
