ASB at Franklin Playground, Willowbrook Park

Good morning, 

We are getting an increase in reports of Anti-social Behaviour taking place at Franklin Playground on the new build Willowbrook Estate. Reports include groups of youths playing music loudly after dark, smoking, drinking alcohol and causing a nuisance to those that live nearby. If you experience this type of behaviour, please call it in to 999. If you are a parent or guardian, and your children are out when it's dark, please consider speaking with them regarding this to deter them from behaving anti-socially or regarding removing themselves from groups of friends that are doing so.
