Comprehensive day of action with partners to tackle VAWG in Berkshire East

Hello Resident,

We have continued our efforts to tackle violence against women and girls (VAWG) with a comprehensive day of action in Berkshire East with our partners.

On Monday, numerous officers and staff from across Windsor and Maidenhead, Slough and Bracknell boroughs came together with charities, businesses and local authorities to fight such criminality and support victims.

We arrested nine outstanding VAWG-related suspects, held discussions with seldom-heard communities, and shared best practice across the teams; all of which builds on our ongoing work and will continue every other day of the year.
