We’re issuing another reminder to parents about speaking with your children regarding how they conduct themselves in town.

While we’ve seen a significant improvement in behaviour in recent months, we are still receiving reports of anti social behaviour in the town centre, particularly around school finishing times.

Most recently, we’ve been made aware of children pushing chairs around and knocking over signs inside a local business. 
CCTV will be reviewed, and we will use our ASB powers to address the behaviour of those involved.

Wantage deserves a safe and respectful environment. 
Although things have improved, we want to stamp out the remaining issues completely.
We will not tolerate disruptive behaviour, and our team will deal robustly with anyone causing problems in the community.
