Once again, we’re dealing with people who believe the rules don’t apply to them.

This chap decided he didn’t need to bother with a driving test, a licence, or insurance.

He was stopped, his vehicle was seized, and he will be reported to Court.

Driving without a licence and insurance is a serious offence. 
You put yourself at risk, and you put the safety of others at risk too. 
Do not endanger the public because of a selfish attitude — we will take serious action.
