Dear Resident, We are appealing for specific witnesses following an incident of criminal damage in Banbury. At approximately 11.15pm on Sunday 15 February, a brick was used to smash a window of the Lords and Ladies Hairdressers on Orchard Way. The suspect remains unknown and is understood to be wearing black clothing at the time of the incident. Two members of the public were walking their dogs nearby and may have important information that could assist in our investigation. If this is you, please contact Thames Valley Police.
