Appeal for witnesses to fail-to-stop RTC on B4030 between Middleton Stoney and Bicester

Hello Resident,

We are appealing for witnesses to a fail-to-stop road traffic collision on the B4030 between Middleton Stoney and Bicester.

A grey Volvo XC40 left the carriageway after taking avoid action while overtaking a black vehicle, possibly a Seat or Renault, at around 8.40am on Thursday. 

The black vehicle failed to stop at the scene. The driver and passenger of the Volvo were uninjured.
