Appeal for witnesses to assault – Blackbird Leys

Hello Resident,

We’re appealing for witnesses following an assault in Blackbird Leys.

At around 11am on Saturday 15 November, the offender grabbed the victim, a woman in her thirties, to the face and neck near the changing rooms at Blackbird Leys Leisure Centre, causing facial injuries.

Between 11am and 11.30am, on the same day, the same offender has then assaulted the same victim, causing a large bruise to her leg.

A 31-year-old man from Oxford has been arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm. He has been released on police bail until 11 February.
