Men jailed for burglary, driving offences and criminal damage – Ascot |

Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, two men have been sentenced for burglary, with one also being jailed for driving offences in Ascot. Anthony Ford, aged 29, of Brain Court, Swindon was sentenced to two years and four months imprisonment and was disqualified from driving for four years. Kalum Rodrigues, aged 21, of Fourth Avenue, Dursley, was given a 16-month suspended sentence, 150 hours of unpaid work, 20 rehabilitation days and ordered to pay £250 in compensation to the victim. On 13 February this year, Ford and Rodrigues broke into two properties in Ascot, stealing multiple personal items from the victims’ home. They were arrested on the same day of the offences and charged a day later. Investigating officer, Detective Constable Lily Ellis, said: “This sentence is the result of an investigation by the Priority Crime Team for East Berkshire.
