It’s been a busy and productive week across the South Slough area! Here’s what your local officers and PCSOs have been doing to help keep our community safe and connected πŸ‘‡

 

πŸ”Ή High-Visibility Patrols – Our team has been out and about on foot in known hotspot areas, offering reassurance and helping deter crime

 

πŸ”Ή PSPO Enforcement – Alcohol was seized in both Chalvey and the Town Centre from individuals breaching the Public Spaces Protection Order 🚫🍻

 

β˜• Coffee Morning – We hosted a relaxed drop-in session at Antonio’s CafΓ© where the public could ask questions and receive crime prevention advice

 

πŸ‘ Turning Point Open Day - We attended their open day to find out opportunities to find out how we can work with partner agencies

 

πŸ“£ 6 Have-Your-Say Meetings – Held at Montem Ice Rink, Salt Hill Activity Centre, Chalvey Hub, and Slough High Street – thank you to all who attended and raised local concerns!

 

πŸ“‹ Anti-Social Behaviour Surveys – We spoke with residents to better understand issues affecting your neighbourhood

 

🎑 Fun Fair Engagement – Our PCSOs were on-site at Salt Hill Park’s fun fair, engaging with families and offering safety advice

 

πŸš” Arrests Made – Two outstanding offenders were located and arrested, showing our ongoing commitment to proactive policing

 

πŸ” Stop Searches – Officers conducted 6 stop searches related to drug activity, with 1 out-of-court disposal issued

 

🧭 Missing Person Found – Thanks to our PCSOs, one missing person was successfully located and safely returned by Response Officers

 

πŸ›΄ E-Scooter/E-Bike Operation – PC Mendes led a successful operation in Chalvey, resulting in 5 illegal e-scooters/e-bikes seized. We also provided safety information to the public about the risks of illegal usage
