CCTV image released following fraud incident – West Berkshire

We are appealing for the victim of a card skimming fraud incident to come forward.

Between the hours of 6pm and 6.30pm on Friday 20 June, two offenders have visited an ATM outside of the Co-Op store at The Square in Pangbourne. 

They have pretended to start to draw cash out but instead have planted a skimmer device on top of the card reader in order to obtain card and pin details. This resulted in a card being swallowed and details potentially obtained and stolen.

We have also released an image of a man who may have vital information to assist us in our investigation.
