On numerous occasions, Youths have gained entry into the derelict Tilehouse Centre on Nightingale Way, Denham Green. While inside the building, windows have been smashed, doors and walls damaged. The construction Company is currently awaiting Specialists Teams to remove Class 1 Asbestos contained inside the building.

The damage to the inside of the building can cause Asbestos fibres to become airborne which is extremely hazardous.
