After numerous reports of anti-social behaviour in the Elmhurst area of Aylesbury, we are pleased to announce that a partial closure order was granted by Milton Keynes Magistrate's Court for a property in the area. 

This was succcessfully obtained by PC 3231 COLLINS of the Aylesbury North Neighbourhood Team on Wednesday 21st of May. 

What does this mean?

- It is now a criminal offence for anyone other than those listed on ther order to enter the property for a period of 3 months. 

- Any person who enters without reasonable excuse in contravention of this order commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a term of imprisonment not exceeding 51 weeks and/or a fine.
