Witness appeal following exposure - (Buckingham)


Hello,

We are appealing for information following a report of exposure in Buckingham.  

The incident occurred at around 3:45 pm on Sunday 18th May on Railway Walk/ Circular Walk, Buckingham.

A woman in her 50s was walking along the footpath when a male ran up from behind her, overtook her and continued past her. The male then stopped running and started to walk as another person approached. 

The male then sat on a bench to the side of the path and pulled his trousers down to expose his genitals. The male tried to engage with the victim who ignored him and walked off and approached another group of people.

The male is described as being white, aged early to mid 20s, average height, slim build with light brown slightly wavy short hair. He was wearing a dark blue denim jacket, dark jeans and a pale blue top.  

 

 

 

Investigating officer, Police Constable Guy Richards, based at Buckingham police station, said; “We would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or has CCTV to please come forward.
