PARTIAL CLOSURE ORDER

After numerous reports of anti-social behaviour in the Buckingham Park area of Aylesbury, we are pleased to announce that a partial closure order has been granted on 25th April 2025 at Milton Keynes Magistrate's court for a property on Pluto Way in Aylesbury.

This was successfully obtained by the Aylesbury North Neighbourhood Team.

What does this mean?

- It is now a criminal offence for anyone other than those listed on the order to enter the property for a period of 3 months.

- Any person who enters without reasonable excuse in contravention of this order commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a term of imprisonment not exceeding 51 weeks and/or a fine.
