A new Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) has joined the Bicester Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team.

PCSO Ray Kennard has joined the team covering Bicester Rural alongside PCSO Louise Beaumont & PC Lorraine Mead.

Over the next few weeks PCSO Kennard will be introducing himself to our communities, local business, and partners.

PCSO Kennard brings with him years of experience having previously covered Banbury and Bicester.

Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) are the face of the police within local communities. They play an integral part in delivering effective neighbourhood policing, providing a highly visible policing presence and building relationships with the local community as well as working to problem solve long-term neighbourhood issues.
