illegal use of electric bikes and mini-moto's

We have received a surge in reports regarding mopeds/ off-road motorbikes/ electric motorbikes been used in the area recently.

It’s against the law in the UK to ride, mini moto's motorised scooters such as, Sur-Ron and e-scooters on both public roads, and pavements. The same applies to ‘trail’ bikes, three-wheeled bikes and quads unless they are displaying valid number plates.

These kind of vehicles may only be used on private roads or land with the road or land-owner’s permission. Public parks are not private land and are shared with the community.

If you are experiencing any form of Anti – Social Behaviour or having any issues

you would like us to be aware of.

If so, please contact us on the email below.

Alternatively, you can call the 101 Non-emergency number or visit the TVP

Website and follow the instruction to report an incident.

Kind Regards
