PCSO Vaughan and PCSO Dickson from the Newbury Neighbourhood Policing Team attended Pound Lane Recreation Ground in Thatcham this evening following multiple complaints from residents regarding an electric mini motorbike being ridden at high speeds around the playground.

The officers were able to locate the 12-year-old rider, and a Section 59 notice was issued due to the anti-social nature of his riding.
