Arrest made in connection with serious assault – Oxford


Officers investigating a serious assault in Fry’s Hill Park, Blackbird Leys, last week, have made an arrest.

A 16-year-old boy from Bicester was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder this morning (31/3) and remains in police custody.

The arrest relates to an incident at around 7pm last Tuesday (25/3) in which a 15-year-old boy was stabbed in the face, sustaining serious injuries. He has since been discharged from hospital.
