Appeal for witnesses following criminal damage – Reading


Hello Resident,

We are appealing for witnesses following an incident of criminal damage in Reading.

The incident occurred at around 10pm on Saturday (22/3) on Oxford Road by Reading West railway station where a double decker Reading bus was driving towards the town centre when an object was thrown at the windows on the top deck. The window shattered from the impact. 

Investigating officer, PC Steven Kelly said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or anyone with information about what happened, to please come forward.
“We are also asking anyone who may have dash-cam, or CCTV footage that could assist our enquiry to please come forward.
