There will be a "Be a Better Biker" workshop held at The Blue Light Hub, 3 Thornbury West, Ashlands, Milton Keynes, MK6 4BB on Saturday 26 April 2025 from 10:00 - 15:00 in partnership with Bucks Fire, MK Council and the IAM (Institute Of Advanced Motorists)

Attached is a poster and below are the details of the workshops – trying to keep motorcycle riders safe on our roads.

Be a Better Biker (BaBB) is designed to give motorcyclists (full licence holders) an introduction to advanced riding. The day covers the principles of advanced riding including:

• Manoeuvring

• Overtaking

• Cornering techniques

• On-road assessment with observers, approximately 2 hours

• A review of the on-road sessions, discussing lessons learnt

At the end of the session, each candidate will receive a copy of the book “How to Be a Better Rider” published by IAM RoadSmart.
