***Update for patrols over the past few days*** We continue to patrol anti social behaviour hot spots (drug related activity) including Harrow Lane, Ellington Park, Bridle Road and surrounding areas to disrupt and deal with anyone causing issues.
On Sunday afternoon PCSO Miller from Maidenhead Central team was on these patrols and located a wanted female (wanted for failing to appear at court X2) She was seen to go into a house and assisted by officers PC Watts and PC Appleton from Incident Crjme Response Team, the female was promptly arrested, taken into custody and will appear in court today. Patrols have also been conducted around other locations.
Whilst in other news - an elderly lady we had got to know well and helped save approx 2 months ago after she had fallen in her home & was unable to move for 3 days, before being taken to hospital sadly passed away yesterday. PCSO Miler and PC Ahmed had kept in regular contact with her throughout her treatment whilst social services helped improve her house, making it safer for her return. Unfortunately she didn't get a chance to see the improvements. Please keep an eye on any vulnerable neighbours or family, this incident had initially been called in by a concerned neighbour who hadn't seen her and noticed a delivery had been left on her doorstep and did the right thing by calling police.
Stay safe
