We recently sent out a survey regarding top priorities on Thatcham. Many residents identified issues with E Scooters being used on the roads and paths. 

Due to this we have been focusing on education and seizing E Scooters. 

Yesterday whilst on patrol in North Thatcham one of the individuals whom we have spoken with previously was seen riding illegally on an E Scooter. This has now been seized from the individual. 

Please remember that whilst you can purchase an E Scooter they are classed as a Motor vehicle and cannot be used on public roads and paths without insurance.
