Reported to us this week was a suspicious incident whereby a male in a red car followed an 11 year old girl,

There was an attempt at communication to gain some personal details of her social media.

The young girl who was on her scooter at the time,picked up the scooter and ran back towards home in Carterton.

Although not directly related from school,they will be giving a talk on personal safety to reiterate the need to be observant and what to do if approached.
