PCSO Steve Vaughan from the Newbury neighbourhood policing team, issued a section 59 warning to a teenage female last night (08/03/25), after receiving a number of complaints from residents in Shaw Valley housing estate about the conduct of the riding of the escooter. 

Hopefully will resolve the issue in the area, as next time the escooter will be seized. 

Riding a escooter in a anti social manner is putting them and other road users at risk of harm.
