Success Story

On 28/02/2025 Officers from Thame and Abingdon Neighbourhood Policing Teams were patrolling crime hotspot areas in south Oxfordshire, when a suspect was witnessed committing a theft in Milton. The suspect was detained for a search and was found to be in possession of both stolen goods and controlled drugs. Upon further investigation it became apparent the suspect was also driving unsupervised on a provisional licence and uninsured. Their vehicle was duly seized and they were reported for summons to court.
