The Pangbourne NHPT are aware of a regular user of an e-bike / Surron bike, who rides most days from the general direction of Tilehurst/Purley to Pangbourne and back again. If you are aware of this and have any information regarding this individual which may assist the team identify this person, please let us know at PangbourneNHPT@thamesvalley.police.uk.
