FOR YOUR AWARENESS

We have had reports regarding suspicious activity in the witney area. Where males are portraying to be from British Gas going door to door and asking to go into properties. They have no ID and are driving around a plain white van. They are wearing high vis that says gas and fire. Please if you see these people and they come to your door politely decline their service and do kot not allow them into your property. Please if possibly get a good descriprion and vehicle registration and call 101. 

If anyone claims to be from a company please ask for ID and for extra reassurance you can call that company to check if they aware of the visit
