Dear residents of the Maidenhead Road,

This letter is to inform you about vehicles parked on a shared pathway that pedestrians and cyclists use daily. This means that due to the vehicles being parked on the pavement this is causing an obstruction for cyclists and pedestrians. 

I am asking that if you do park your car on the shared pathway and that you please find a safer, significant other place to park your vehicle that’s doesn’t obstruct pedestrians or cyclists from using pavements of shared pathways. 

If failing to apply you could be eligible to be ticketed by Police. This would mean you would be receiving a Non Endorsable Fixed Penalty Notice for unnecessary obstruction which would be £30.00. You will only be issued this ticket at the time if your car is found to be causing an obstruction.
