Appeal for witnesses to racially aggravated assault – Slough


Hello Resident,

 

We are appealing for witnesses to an incident of racially aggravated assault in Slough.

 

At around 6.45pm on Saturday (25/1) the victim, a man in his forties, was driving on Shaggy Calf Lane, near the crossroads with Elliman Avenue, when he was overtaken by the offender who then stopped in front of him.

 

The offender got out of his vehicle, approached the victim and punched him to the side of the face before head-butting him and threatening him with a large metal object.

 

The victim did not sustain any injuries.

 

The offender is described as a white man, between 6ft and 6ft 1ins tall and was aged between 30 and 40-years-old. He had short light brown hair, a short grey-coloured goatee and the rest of his face was clean shaven.

 

The offender was wearing a navy blue or grey-coloured sweatshirt, light grey trousers, brown work boots and spoke with an eastern-European accent.

 

He was driving a white long wheel base van.
