Dear Resident

The team at Windsor neighbourhood department made an arrest of a male on Clarence Road at 15:00 hours on the 14th January after he was witnessed by a PCSO attempting to steal microwave meals from a petrol station. He was apprehended and arrested for shoplifting and remains in police custody at this time. 

If you see any suspicious behaviour in your local store and believe a person to be shoplifting, please call 999 or 101 if it's not an emergency.
