Chipping Norton Neighbourhood Team have been made aware of Nottingham knockers working in Charlbury on 11th January in the afternoon.

Whilst this is not a criminal offence, you may request to see their pedlars licence, which they are required by law to have.

If you do encounter individuals at your door that appear to be Nottingham knockers it is perfectly acceptable to politely decline an interaction. If you feel uncomfortable, it's OK to simply not answer the door.
