Thames Valley Police has seen a significant rise in parcels being stolen from doorsteps across Reading, in broad daylight and even from properties with CCTV in use.

The advice is to consider using a collection locker located in convenient places around Reading when organising deliveries, especially if you know you won't be in to accept it. Or consider using a trusted neighbour to take in the delivery for you.
