Dear All,

During the festive season online shopping increases which increases the workload for the couriers by nature, due to this parcels are often very quickly left in communal area's of flats or outside front doors. Unfortunately thieves take advantage of this and we have had an increase in Parcel Theft across Slough. Most courier companies will allow you to track your parcel and have alternative locations where you can request your parcel to be left if you are not home. To make sure you all receive your parcels, I would encourage you to consider a secure location as an alternative option for your parcel. Ideally if you could arrange a time for the parcel to be delivered when you will be home to stop these thieves taking what is yours.
