A message from the rural crime Inspector regarding hare coursing,

It would appear that from reports received,the recent spate of bad weather and subsequent flooding has made those that are committing hare coursing go to higher ground,this in turn changes the focus onto deer instead of hares.

Please be aware of this if you have high ground and access points,to be vigilant.

I am sending this to all of the rural contacts from the west up to the Cherwell districts for information.
