We're releasing an image of an individual officers would like to speak to in relation to a theft in Abingdon. 

At approximately 1.50pm on Monday 25 November outside the Spar shop on the High Street, the victim’s bike was locked outside the shop, which when returning, the victim has found the front wheel and brakes stolen from the bike, which is worth around £400.
