Dear Resident

We are asking for help in identifying a young male who is riding around Burghfield on a Surron bike.

He is a white male wearing glasses, the rest of his face is covered by a full face black helmet with small red ‘ devil horns’ protruding from the sides.

He usually wears red all-in-one overalls and rides around the Hollybush Lane area.

Any information is gratefully received.
