Hi all
Last week has been busy for the South Neighbourhood Team. Several patrols were conducted on Friday and several jobs were attended, including one which led to a foot chase where the 2 suspects were detained and later arrested.
Saturday consisted of providing a Policing presence during the “Free Palestine” march, which involved nearly 100 members of the public. The March started and ended at Slough High Street but during the march, we went through Yew Tree Road, Albert Street and Windsor Road.
Last but not least, Slough High Street and St Mary's Church hosted the Remembrance Sunday ceremony to remember all the brave people who gave up and risked their lives fighting for our country both during the First World War and every violent conflict Britain has been involved in since. Several members of public attended to pay their respects. They shall not be forgotten.
Our Neighbourhood Team will continue to patrol this area, with several other events upcoming, where we hope everything will go as swimmingly as Saturday and Sunday did.
Have a good night and see you around.
Kind regards
Slough Neighbourhood Team. | ||||
