Dear Resident

We're releasing an E-Fit image of a man we wish to trace in relation to a stalking incident in High Wycombe. 

At approximately 7pm on Tuesday 27 August on West Wycombe Road, the victim, a woman in her late twenties, was followed by a man in a white BMW X6, with a license plate ending in WEJ. The offender turned around to drive back past the victim and then parked up on the pavement in front of her. 

The offender is described as being an Asian man, aged between thirty-five and forty-five, around 5ft 9/10ins tall with dark hair and a dark beard. He was seen to be wearing a white shirt and dark trousers.
